Use the Cyban service on your network

This is what you need to do to setup and use the Cyban service.
Step1:
Create an account
- You first need to request a registration code. This code is required as part of the account creation process.
- We will contact you within 24 working hours with your registration code and you can then proceed with setting up your account.
- Click this Create account link and enter the required details and your registration code.
- As the creator of the account, you are an administrator. This can be changed at any time.
Step2:
Install the sensor
- Once you have logged into your account, in the top menu bar of your account dashboard select DOWNLOAD THE CYBAN SENSOR.
- Choose the appropriate operating system tab.
- Click on the button to download the sensor install file.
- Repeat steps 2 to 3 to download the appropriate sensors for all the operating systems you use.
- Make a note of your account code. This is on the same webpage as the sensor download and it is the same code regardless of what operating system sensor you downloaded.
- On all the devices you want to monitor, install the sensor and apply the account code when prompted.
- Once a sensor has been installed, it immediatly begins to monitor your device and feeds it’s measurements back to the Cyban dashboard but it will take up to 24 hours for complete results to be available.
Step3:
Invite additional dashboard users
- Login to your account.
- From the menu bar at the top of your account dashboard, select ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
- Select the USERS tab.
- Fill in the section near the bottom called Add User and press the Invite User button.
- Repeat step 4 for all the users you want to access the Cyban dashboard.
- Invited users will receive an email asking them to verify their details and setup their password.
Step4:
Start managing your cyber risk
- Anytime you want to access the Cyban dashboard, use the Login > My account menu item in the menu bar at the top of this website.
- Once the sensors have been installed (Step 2), they immediatly begin to monitor your devices and feed their measurements back to the Cyban dashboard but it will take up to 24 hours for complete results to be available.

- Built in help: clicking on any blue (i) symbol on the dashboard will provide tips about a particular feature.

What next?
- If you purchased a subscription, your account is fully operational – Enjoy!
- If you have just setup Cyban for a free trial, the service will operate for 30 days.
